Try Virginia's statewide database of agencies and organizations at Virginia 2-1-1. You can search by zipcode, keyword for disability or need, and more! Rappahannock United Way provides regular updates to this statewide database.

Review the Primer - about people with disabilities.

Volunteer - offer to help a local organization that supports people with disabilities.

"Tipsheet to Access Community Resources for Older Adults" - Recently revised by the Fredericksburg Area Senior Advisory Council, the tipsheet lists a number of local organizations that provide services and information to seniors and many also support people with disabilities. The tipsheet is printer friendly, but you'll need Adobe Acrobat to read it.
